These terms apply to the text message program, calls and websites of Michael Gebhard, PA, a real estate business in Key Biscayne, Florida. Michael Gebhard is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with eXp Realty, LLC.
1. SMS Terms
- Program: Michael Gebhard, PA text messages about your real estate inquiry: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, property information and follow-ups about your home search. Messages may be sent by Michael Gebhard or by an AI assistant on his behalf.
- Opt-in: you join by checking the optional consent box on one of our forms or a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and appointments.

- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to join again.

2. Calls and AI assistant
If you agreed on our form, we may call you about your inquiry, including with automated technology and with an AI assistant that may use an AI-generated voice. The assistant says that it is an AI, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. Calls may be recorded only if you agree. To stop calls, tell the caller or contact us.
3. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
